Refining your search after seeing some homes and finally identifying the property that gets everyone excited! I’ll navigate the offer, negotiations, subject removal process and ultimately the successful purchase of the home. I’ve got your best interests in focus throughout the entire journey.

Having had decades of experience owning properties and being a landlord of both residential and industrial real estate, I have a keen interest in working with clients to assist them in entering the world of income generating properties. Many of my clients have created portfolios of investment properties including condos, townhomes, detached homes, reno-flips, tear-down and new-build, tear-down and hold to subdivide or assemble, acreages, recreation-income properties, industrial and commercial properties.

Having owned my own industrial/commercial properties and having run successful industrial Business to Business and Business to Consumer enterprises with dozens of employees, I understand the intricate details of business operations, logistics, expansion and financing.
